User 
(account deleted) who recently joined the CI wiki today also created 2 pages which contained links to download pirated copies of various media. The user exhibits similar behaviour to that of atmemifi. I have reason to believe that he is either A) a sockpuppet from the list of offenders or B) another person seeking to spam the mainsite. Either way I have ban and blocked him from the mainsite.
If it turns out that the user is a sockpuppet, I'm advocating for a permanent ban including in his sentence the excessive spamming coupled with ban evasion. If he is a new user I would advocate for a monthly ban seeing as the damage was moderate this time.
Concluding statements:
I fear that we are on the receiving end of a series of site-spamming incidents which could go on for some time. I ask all staff members to be on high alert for any such occurrences. This sort of thing is not and will not be tolerated here on this site. Best we blow out the spark before it ignites an inferno.
